Отличное расположение, до моря 3-5 мин пешком. Пляж хороший, не сравнить с городским. Тихий район, в шаговой доступности неплохие магазины.

Disadvantages:

Небольшой минус — стоянка, парковочных мест маловато, но это проблема везде и всюду.
